With more than 125 years of wax experience we develop specialty wax blends tailored to your requirements, or take on toll production to your specifications on our equipment, naturally with the necessary confidentiality assured.
- Recipes
- Production according to customer recipes or to jointly developed specialty wax blends, on our equipment and with the necessary confidentiality assured.
- Mixing and processing
- Several production lines, different methods: hot and cold blends, dry blends, mixing in the melt, grinding, compacting (KAHL® pellet press), pastillation (SANDVIK® belt).
- Analytics and release
- Every batch is released by our own laboratory and, depending on the test, examined using classical wet-chemical methods or modern instrumental analytics: DSC, TGA, GC, IR, colour measurement.
Scale-up in the pilot plant
Our pilot plant is a complete production facility in miniature. Here we scale recipes from lab sample to small batch — including on-site customer trials. Ideal for cosmetic, pharma and specialty applications where a standard product will not do.
